FICTIONAL WARRIORS

so you know how in fantasy books there is war and murder and good and evil ones?! will usually there is an army or a group of warriors or assassins who get involved in the story  and they make the story better or bloodier and they add up a lot to the world building.

i love it when Authors involve this kind of thing to their books whether they were some kind of creatures or there is an academy for assassins and the like!

here i am sharing my favorite fictional army\warriors\assassins :

1- THE ILLYRIANS 

you know sara j’mass does a perfect warriors male they were of females and broody fae males at best!! the illyrians with their heritage, skill, WINGS!! serve the lord of the night court. they are not exactly good or evil they do some missed up things to their own and THAT’S WHY I LOVE THEM besides the fact that they have powerful, incredible wings!

 

 

 

2- THE MASKS 

an ember in the ashes in inspired by ancient rome and we all know how bloody it was!! the masks are the most skilled soldiers\assassins of the empire, they graduate from the blackcliff academy ( yes an ACADEMY which graduate killers and it’s totally normal in their world). they are brutal and skilled saba did a great job with their brutality and ruthlessness.

 

 

 

3- THE SECOND ARMY ( GRISHA ARMY ) 

the grisha world is one of the absolute best world\magic system in fantasy!! leigh is such an incredible writer. the grisha in that world aren’t welcome everywhere but Ravka-the country- sees their the importance of the grisha, the second army is privileged more than the first army ( who are human ), how they are trained according to their ability is amazing. and of course there’s THE DARKLING!!

 

 

 

4- THE SHADOWHUNTERS 

their are complex that’s what they are! when i read the books sometimes i think of them as only humans and not people who kill demons and use magic! until they start killing demons!! they aren’t mundane humans but they act as mundane humans sometimes specially since the series is urban fantasy and they don’t live in another universe!! i hope you understood what i mean!! anyway there are awesome if only they argued\held meetings less!!

 

 

5- THE FACELESS MEN 

i think they’re like a cult or something?!! anyway they serve the many faced god and from the name they use different faces to kill someone!! ( people pay to kill that someone) they even get in the personality of the person they used their face. they are skilled and you can never tell who they really are! if you saw the show you know how good they can be!

 

 

 

6- THE CADRE 

i wasn’t sure if wanted to include the cadre sure they are group because i wanted to include an ongoing group of people not individuals, but well i think they are great!! like i said earlier sara j.mass knows how to write warriors. the members of this group are skilled and brutal but the whole idea of having skilled fae warriors swear complete loyalty to a ruthless queen yes you can expect a lot of bloody business!
