I MIGHT SMASH SOMETHING IF I DIDN’T LIKE THESE BOOKS

so there are some hyped books that i’ve been hearing a lot of hype about!

one of the worst things (and i’m sure you understand ) is being disappointed by books you really wanted to love! or heard nothing but amazing things about and you want to jump into the ban wagon!

this post is dedicated for these books. i won’t include the rest of the books in red rising, or words of radiance, immortal reign, a reaper at the gates. because i know in my full-sized aortic pump that i’ll love’em!!

1- A COURT OF FROST AND STARLIGHT

i just wanted to get this out of the way first! i was disappointed at somethings in the ending of a court of wings and ruin. and I really really REALLY hope! that this novella won’t make things even worse!!

 

 

 

2- STALKING JACK THE RIPPER 

this sounded like an intriguing historical fictional, about a strong female lead in historical london chasing jack the ripper. plus, it’s one of those books you save to binge read it in one setting and be really pleased about it. so i really don’t want it to be anything else.

 

 

 

3- TO KILL A KINGDOM 

this one was on my most anticipated releases of 2018. and everyone is raving about it, which makes me want to read it even more! so far i haven’t heard\read any negative reviews about and i hope mine won’t be one!

 

 

 

4-CHILDREN OF BLOOD AND BONE 

this book just sounds right, and everyone is raving about, and it had a movie adaptation deal before it was published! boy, if that didn’t raise the bars i don’t know what will!

 

 

 

5- THE WICKED DEEP

i’ve seen it in bookstagram nonstop! and reading the synopsis makes me expect nothing but great things from it. i’d be really disappointed if a book this gorgeous with interesting idea turned out to be meh!

 

 

 

6- OBSIDIO 

I don’t want the ending of this trilogy to be anything but amazing!
