BOOKS I WANT TO SEE ON THE BIG SCREEN OR THE SMALL SCREEN

so for me one of the things that get me really excited and super nervous and the same time is books to movies\tv shows adaptations, specially my favorite books!

we all know how almost every time the production don’t do the book justice. it’s just universally known!. but there has been some good adaptations, great even.

in this post i’ll share some of my favorite books i want to see as movies or tv show.

– AN EMBER IN THE ASHES AS A MOVIE SERIES 

just imagine! all the gore, myths ,the brutality  and just the story itself turned into this well made movie franchise! i think this series is better turned into movies as if tv show, just because it could get too long and boring! as a tv show.

 

 

– RED RISING SERIES TURNED INTO MOVIES 

Oh man! this trilogy turned into movies could be a classic! with the right cast people wouldn’t know what hit them! i read only the first book but it wasn’t like anything i’ve read and it waaaayyyyyyy surpassed my expectations.

 

 

-MISTBORN TRILOGY AS A TV SHOW

this trilogy is one of my favorites. i believe it’s better to have it as a tv show than a movies, just because tv shows will take more time to have things well explained besides the books are big and the world is complicated.

 

 

-THE BONE SEASON AS A TV SHOW

 

the series is a dystopian YA set in London, the author uses a lot of 20s gang’s slang. this could become something new and fresh! i don’t have specific reason as of why i want this on the small screen other than i want it to be aired for as long as possible!

 

 

-ILLUMNINAE ON THE BIG SCREN 

part of why this book is special is because of the format of it, but the story and the antagonist are good nonetheless. the book has the elements to make it  a suspenseful thrilling sci-fi movie.

 

 

-SIX OF CROWS ON THE BIG SCREEN 

just the thought of it makes me so happy! with the right cast, and setting, this could be what the world needed! it has plot twists, great characters, action, and a well written world building. just what everyone needed.
