there isn’t much to say actually. I’ve finished this book more than two weeks ago, it took me forever to finish it!

there were a lot of things that were revealed and add more clarity to the plot. some side characters were more focused upon, had more important role in this book which I loved. But some main ones were a bit ignored in this book which I didn’t appreciate that much. especially, after the events of the previous book I hoped there chapters would be more interesting, and somethings were more acknowledged.

it was action packed. I loved the ending, the new relationships, and the secrets that were revealed at last.

my other problem with this book was Rowan. I don’t hate him at all, but his character in this book was far less interesting than the previous two books! his POV and Aelin’s weren’t my favorite at all in Empire of Storms. Also, the fact the Aelin kept weaving plans behind everyone’s back was annoying.

it’s not my favorite book in the series nor is it my worst. it was just a good one.
