HII
so many great books will be published this year, and I can’t wait to read them! some of these books will be of no surprise to you. it is either because you’ve been following me long enough to know I’m excited about them, or because they might be a little bit hyped about.
1- THE WICKED KING
I am beyond excited to read this book!!! I want to get back to my favorite messed up characters as soon as possible!
2- KING OF SCARS
another book be leigh? in the grishaverse? of course I’m excited about it! I can’t wait to see what kind of heartache leigh have in store for us!
3- AURORA RISING
I’ve read the first two books of the illuminae files and loved them. written by the same authors, the synopsis of this book sounds amazing!
4- WICKED SAINTS
I’ve been told it’s like the shadow and bone trilogy, the synopsis sounds intriguing, therefore I’m excited to read it!
5- THE GILDED WOLVES
I’ve only read the star touched queen of the same author and didn’t like it at all, except for the writing. so hopefully, I’ll like this one more. I really want to love her books!
6- SORCERY OF THORNS
Written by the same author of an enchantment of ravens, and there’s witches. That’s all there is to say
7- THE STARLESS SEA
I loved the night circus! The world building and the writing were magical! Just reading the synopsis of this book makes wonder what kind of new adventure I’ll have!
8- CRESCENT CITY
Yes, I’m mad that Cassian and Nesta’s journey will be pushed back to the next year. But no, I’m not mad that will get a book about angels By Sara.
9-THE BEAUTIFUL
Although I’ve only read the wrath and the dawn doulogy, I’ve fallen in love with the author’s writing style. And even though urban fantasy is not my favorite, I’m excited to read this book and give it a try.
10- WE HUNT THE FLAME
It has an Arabian inspired kind of setting, strong female character, and hate to love romance, COUNT ME IN!!
One's Peculiar 
I’ve read the arc of Wicked Saints. It does have a “darkling” like figure but the book to me was still kind of “generic.” Think “Red Queen” series with the personalities of characters from Folk of the Air series (Cruel Prince) meets Shadow and Bone. It’s only sort of like Shadow and Bone because of the Russian influence but I think this book has more to do with Slavic mythology. At least this is what I read somewhere. Anyway, can’t wait to read “Aurora Rising” and “The Beautiful”! 🙂

This is SUCH a good list! I loved the wrath and the dawn duology just as well and fell in love with the author’s writing, too! I am so excited to read more from her and her next book sounds really good. Also very impatient to read We Hunt The Flame! 🙂
