I think I’ve posted something similar to this I’m not sure. but either way I want to share with you some of the books that I wouldn’t have read usually that I actually enjoyed. and some actually became all time favorites!

1- TO ALL THE BOYS I LOVED BEFORE

hopefully, this won’t be a surprise for you. contemporary isn’t really my genre. and the reason why I wanted to read these books was because I saw the movie trailer and it piqued my interest. of course, reading the book before watching the movie is obligatory. and thank God I read these books!!!

well, it’s not that I don’t like superheroes\ villains trope. but rather I haven’t read anything like it. sure I’ve watched superheroes movies, but I didn’t read comics. and reading this story as a novel was so much fun! it gave me the incredibles, x-men, type of story that I couldn’t but enjoy and love!

3- THE BEAR AND THE NIGHTINGALE

this book had no romance whatsoever. and I love romance in my fantasy reads! I wouldn’t read romance books on their own, but I do enjoy romance in fantasy and dystopian and sci-fi. so reading a fantasy book with no romance was surprisingly refreshing ( who am I!?).
