MID-YEAR BOOK FREAK OUT TAG 2019

so it’s time for my favorite tag! honestly, this isn’t my year (so far). not in reading nor in posting. I keep saying I’ll do better next day or week, but times fly by so fast!

anyway here’s is the tag and I hope it makes up for the lack of posting.

1-BEST BOOK I’VE READ SO FAR IN 2019 

I fell in love with this trilogy when I first read the first book in the beginning of the year! it became one of my all time favorites mainly because of certain someone *winks at Warner*.

 

 

2- BEST SEQUEL YOU’VE READ SO FAR IN 2019

this sequel was just so goooood! I can’t believe there is only one book left, and I’m dying to have it! if you haven’t read these books yet please do! they’re just beautiful.

 

 

3- NEW REALES YOU HAVEN’T READ BUT REALLY WANT TO.

have you read any one of these ? what are your thoughts?

I really can’t wait to read these!

 

 

4- MOST ANTICIPATED RELEASE FOR THE SECOND HALF OF 2019

there are so many good releases this year!

 

 

5- BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT

I couldn’t even finish it! unfortunately I’m not with the hype with this one. the only thing I liked in this was the newness of the world and culture. but unfortunately that wasn’t enough for me to continue reading it.

 

 

6- BIGGEST SURPRISE 

the shatter me trilogy. I heard mixed reviews about this trilogy, so for the longest time I thought I wouldn’t like it. but I LOVED IT!!

 

 

7- FAVORITE NEW AUTHOR 

Can I say Brandon Sanderson even though he is not new to me?, it’s because I read skyward ( A YA sci-fi novel of his ) and loved it! I’ve only read fantasies from him so this was a surprise!

 

 

8- NEWEST FICTIONAL CRUSH 

are sick and tired of me mentioning this trilogy a lot?! well, Warner from the shatter me trilogy ;D! is my newest crush! I’m in love with him…

 

 

9- NEWEST FAVORITE CHARACTER 

Spin from Skyward. I feel like she is the inner me! the one people don’t see, but secretly exist. I love her and I love her character development in the book. I can’t wait for the sequel!

 

 

10- BOOK THAT MADE YOU CRY 

they were both happiness  and frustration tears. Sirius Black might be my new favorite character from this series.

 

 

11- BOOK THAT MADE YOU HAPPY 

again, I cried both from happiness and frustration.

12- FAVORITE BOOK TO MOVIE ADAPTATION YOU SAW THIS YEAR. 

I don’t believe I watched any.

 

 

13- FAVORITE REVIEW YOU’VE WRITTEN THIS YEAR.

THE WICKED KING. The one that left me Feeling ughhh!

KINGDOM OF ASH. HOW IT BEGAN, AND HOW IT ENDED.

I believe I’ve only reviewed these books so far. but they were important enough for me to review.

 

 

14- THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BOOK YOU’VE BOUGHT SO FAR THIS YAER 

the Uk cover of Skyward and king of Scars. these books are even more beautiful in person!

 

 

15- BOOKS YOU NEED TO READ BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR 

aside from the books mentioned earlier, these are the books I hope I’ll read very soon.
